Brandon, started Ember as a life long passion for Summer Camping. Growing up in Boy Scouts and receiving his Eagle scout helped shape this passion. Starting his career as a Camp Counselor at just 13yo. Since then Brandon has been involved in the Camping industry working in almost every facet from counselor, leadership team, Assistant Director, Director, consultant, and finally as our Founder & Executive Director. Brandon brings years of experience, skill, and contacts to Ember. Assets developed not only through working at the nations top camps, but also his degree in Recreation, Park & Tourism Science with a focus in Youth Development

Tom, originally from England was first introduced to the American camping industry as a counselor in college quickly developing a passion for the industry. With almost ten years in the camping industry he is an invaluable resource not only because of his vast skillset, and fantastic leadership but his creative, outside the box thinking, has made him a an integral part of the Ember family. His two college degree's and diverse career background in law enforcement only adds to his arsenal of expertise.

Madison growing up in the pacific north west developed her passion for the outdoors at an early age. Madi grew up going to camps across the United States and Canada. In college she worked for several Camps, while getting her degree in Education. Madi moved to Texas to start her teaching career and enjoy sunnier weather, where she met her husband. Madi has been a fantastic addition to the Ember team, using her skills she developed as a Teacher and Event planner to help provide fantastic experiences for our clients and market our programs.

Will has a diverse career background operating as both a Paramedic and Chief Training Officer for some of the top EMS & Fire services. In addition to Will's extensive Emergency Response background he has worked in the camping industry for almost 15 years not only managing camp activities, but also training, leading, and developing staff throughout the U.S. specializing in waterfront safety and training as well as First Aid and Emergency Response. Will has dozens of certifications allowing him to instruct everything from First Aid to Wilderness Emergency Medicine and everything in between. Will is an absolute wealth of knowledge and is the driving force behind the success of our trainings and education programs that Ember hosts.

Chloe is a highly experienced mental health professional with over nine years of experience with a diverse career including public and private practice, as well as service as a Captain in the Army. Throughout her career, Chloe has developed a strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, and how social, psychological, and mental health challenges impact individuals' daily lives. Chloe's comprehensive training and experience make her a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional in the field of mental health. Chloe plays an important role in the health and well being of campers, helping Ember to design intentional programming based on a Positive Youth Development model.
